Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine: et lux perpetua luceat eis. Te decet hymnus, Deus, in Sion, et tibi reddetur votum in Jerusalem: exaudi orationem meam: ad te omnis caro veniet. Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine: et lux perpetua luceat eis.

Grant them eternal rest, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. O God, it is fitting to sing your praises in Zion; and to offer you sacrifices in Jerusalem. Hear my prayer; all flesh shall come to you. Grant them eternal rest, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.
